Copyright & Reproduction

All images are copyrighted to SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch. No image or content of this website can be copied, scanned or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior consent of SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch. When the CLIENT purchases images from the SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch he gets printed license to use the images for the personal use only.

 

Use of Pictures

SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch reserves the right to use the pictures taken during the photo session for the purposes of advertising or promotion of its work. This includes on SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch website, social media or marketing materials. If you do not want your images to be used for these purposes please inform SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch prior to your photo shoot.

 

The CLIENT may not (either personally or via a third party) alter or add to or manipulate a picture by means of computer or any other technique or reproduce a picture in whole or in part as an element within, or as a montage with, another picture.

 

I never provide the RAW versions of my images.

 

Booking

A booking fee secures the time and services of SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch. 
Session dates and times are not secured until a deposit of £100 has been paid.

 

Payments

The final balance is due before or on the day of your photo shoot. You can pay with PayPal, by bank transfer or cash.
No photographs will be delivered or retouched until all payments due have been paid in full.

Payment for additional images is to be made when they are ordered.

Cancellation

 
The Client may cancel a booking at any time by giving written notice to the SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch.   
Your deposit is refundable up to 7 days before your session date, after this time it becomes non-refundable but transferable should you wish to change the date ONLY.

 

If for any reason SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch has to cancel your photo shoot you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Artistic Input

 
SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch shall be entitled to use its judgement regarding the style and artistic input in the production of pictures.
SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch fully edits all images before presenting to the CLIENT. Any additional edit requests must be raised by the CLIENT at the proofing stage. Requests not raised at proofing stage will not be considered once products have been ordered.

Digital images

SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch will provide a gallery of high resolution images without watermarks. The images can be printed and reproduced for personal use only. You are not entitled to use the images for commercial gain.
Your photos will be supplied to you within 2-5 weeks.  During busy times such as Christmas or Summer there may be additional waiting time on orders. You will be advised at the time of your photo shoot and given an approximate delivery date. If you need your images by a certain date please inform SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch before the time of your photo shoot.
All images are professionally edited, this includes removing minor blemishes such as scratches and bruises. 
When printing your photos please note SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch cannot be held responsible for poor quality prints from highstreet or online printers. 
SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch can provide you with professional prints.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have made a backup of the images. SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch cannot be held responsible and are not under any obligation to provide the images again if your images become corrupt, lost or damaged. Images are kept for a six month period at the discretion of SOUL PORTRAIT by Vira Betsch.

 

The CLIENT is responsible for all children at all sessions.
